These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through the Mossy Oak Graphics website and govern the sale of products and services by Prinstant, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Prinstant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Mossy Oak Graphics is a brand operated by Prinstant, LLC.
By placing an order through the Mossy Oak Graphics website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Orders
Mossy Oak Graphics offers officially licensed Mossy Oak® camouflage graphics, decals, wraps, and related products.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information are provided for general product information and may change from time to time.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount charged for the cancelled order.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing or system error.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the applicable purchase amount, taxes, shipping, and any other applicable charges.
3. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and availability current. However, products may become unavailable or temporarily out of stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an appropriate refund.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Certain Mossy Oak Graphics products may be produced specifically for an order or customized according to customer specifications.
For custom or personalized products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom or personalized products may be subject to different return or cancellation terms, which will be communicated on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Most orders ship within the timeframe stated on the applicable product page. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss generally transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Order Inspection and Damaged Products

7. Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our current return policy.
Products must generally be returned in an unused, undamaged, and uninstalled condition.
Because certain products are custom-made, personalized, installed, or produced specifically for an individual order, some products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please review the applicable return terms before installing or modifying a product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Product Installation
Some Mossy Oak Graphics products are designed to be installed by the customer or by a professional installer.
Customers are responsible for following the installation instructions provided with the product.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, improper preparation of a surface, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions.
If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for a particular surface or application, contact our support team before installation.
9. Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Where a product is defective due to a manufacturing or material issue, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Warranty coverage does not generally apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use, or failure to follow care and installation instructions.
Any specific warranty provided for a product may contain additional terms.
10. Changes to an Order
Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to make changes if processing or production has already begun.

11. Intellectual Property
Mossy Oak Graphics products may incorporate trademarks, logos, patterns, designs, artwork, and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to Prinstant, Mossy Oak, or other third parties.
Customers may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or otherwise use our intellectual property or third-party intellectual property except as expressly permitted by law or with appropriate authorization.
Mossy Oak® and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
12. Customer-Provided Content
If you submit artwork, images, logos, designs, text, or other materials to us for use in producing a product, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce those materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that customer-provided content does not infringe the rights of another person or entity.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from our authorized use of materials that you provided and represented that you had the right to use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prinstant, LLC and Mossy Oak Graphics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, installation, or inability to use a product.
Our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, labor disputes, supply shortages, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, equipment failures, internet or technology outages, governmental actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, customer support, reviews, and other functions.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing, availability, images, and other website content are accurate.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product information, return policy, shipping information, Privacy Policy, and any other terms expressly incorporated into the ordering process, constitute the agreement between the customer and Prinstant, LLC relating to the applicable purchase.
