Eligibility: Blankets, Pillows, and Doormats are only eligible for a refund or a reprint if the item contains a manufacturing defect or was printed incorrectly.
Non-Eligible Issues: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reprints for these items due to buyer's remorse, an error in photo submission or if the customer incorrectly selected a size, color, or pattern.
Required Documentation: To request a refund or reprint, you must contact our customer service department at support@mossyoakgraphics.com within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence showcasing the specific printing error or defect.
Resolution: The refund or reprint will be processed once the provided documentation has been reviewed and the issue is deemed acceptable by our team.
